Challenge a report
Found an error, a weak citation or missing context? Show us the evidence.
Send an issue from the decision page
Open the report and select “Report an issue”. Explain the wording you dispute and include a relevant source link if available. No reader account is required. Do not include confidential documents, passwords or sensitive personal information.
What happens next
Your report enters a private editorial queue tied to that edition. It can be marked reviewing, resolved or dismissed. Submitting a report does not automatically change the article, and supplied links are not automatically fetched. A response time is not yet promised.
Corrections and withdrawals
Editors can correct a report through a new checked revision or withdraw it. Marking a reader issue resolved is not itself a correction. Public revision and correction information provides context for changed assessments; platforms may retain older shared previews.
